FAQ
The questions buyers ask — answered
Plain answers, at the level of principle. The specifics — your data, your math, your roadmap — we cover in the meeting.
What exactly is Allineate?
Allineate is a Unified Insurance Defense Platform for self-insured enterprises. It brings every site, lease, vendor, and obligation into one verified record so that the moment an incident happens, the defensible file assembles itself — before a claim is ever filed.
How is this different from a claims system or RMIS?
Claims and RMIS tools were built to administer a claim after it exists. Allineate works before that — capturing and preserving the evidence that decides a claim in its first hours, when it is still capturable. Recording is not defending.
Is the AI making legal decisions?
No. AI in Allineate is decision support, not autonomous judgment. It organizes and surfaces; people — and where appropriate, attorneys — decide. The platform was built by an attorney specifically to keep a human in the loop.
How hard is it to implement?
We designed onboarding around the systems and records you already have. We will walk your team through what it takes for your specific portfolio in a working session, rather than publishing a one-size answer here.
Will outside counsel actually use it?
That is a design goal, not an afterthought. Counsel adopt the system because it makes their work easier — auto-assembled case files, alerts, and tasking — and because it respects privilege when sensitive files are created and shared.
How do you handle data security and privilege?
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and privilege-aware handling by design. Our SOC 2 Type II engagement is underway. See the Security & Trust page, and ask us for the detailed security packet.
Do you replace my TPA?
No. Allineate is the operating record and defense layer around your program. It makes the whole ecosystem — your team, your TPA, your vendors, and outside counsel — work from the same verified data.
What does it cost?
Pricing is tailored to the size and shape of your program. We will walk you through it directly rather than post a number that would not fit your situation.
What results can I expect?
We do not publish quantified outcome figures until they are backed by pilot data with documented methodology. What we promise is the shape of the result: case files that assemble themselves, tenders that go out on time, and a claims function that is defensible by default.
Still have a question?
The fastest way to a real answer is a short conversation.
